HOW DO I COMPLETE THE SERVICE?
STEP 1
HOW DO YOU SUBMIT A DIAGNOSIS FORM?
Log into Fit2Go using your login details then select ' Tailored Meds' on your DASHBOARD
Find the client in the search bar (if they have signed up to Fit2Go) or simply click ' Submit Diagnosis Form' and fill in the form before submitting
STEP 2
HOW DO I UPLOAD MY DIAGNOSIS FORM TO MINUTE MEDS?
Enter your email into Minute Meds using the Magic Link which will send a secure login to your email
Find the client by clicking 'Patient' in the menu then 'Physiotherapy pain management' in New consultation. Fill out the form and then 'Submit'
STEP 3
PATIENT RECEIVES PAYMENT LINK FROM STRIPE TO PAY FOR THEIR TAILORED MEDS PACKAGE
